Super Mario Maker has been making a pretty big splash since its recent release. The game allows players to build customer Mario level’s in various graphic styles and share those custom levels with the world. Sharing is also the proof the game is popular with over 1 million courses already created.
Nintendo has announced the shares over on their official Japanese Twitter account claiming over a million player-made levels have been shared worldwide. This is great news for Nintendo and fans alike as popularity equals continued support in the future.
It’s nice to see Nintendo doing well these days. With the popularity of Super Mario Maker as well as the new IP Splatoon, it looks like Nintendo is rising out of their funk.
