Princess Leia Slave Outfit Has Been Sold

I’m sure we’ve all heard at this point that the slave bikini that Carrie Fisher wore in the Star Wars franchise was put up for auction. The bids opened at $80,000 on the Profiles of History online auction and, after a short time, has been sold for a healthy $96,000.

The auction first opened on October 1st and included the outfit, the collar, and several chain links from the film. CNN Money reported a letter of authenticity from costume designer Richard Miller was also included.

No word on who actually bought the outfit and we shouldn’t expect to ever know. Just keep in mind that it most likely wasn’t a woman that bought it. Let that thought swish around in your brain for a while.
